The couple’s local businesses include Magnolia Home, Magnolia Realty, and Magnolia Market, Magnolia Seed & Supply, and Silos Baking Co., The Little Shop on Bosque, Magnolia Press, Magnolia Seed + Supply, The Shops at the Silos, and several vacation rental properties.  They live with their five children on a farm near Waco.

Where is Magnolia Market?
Magnolia Market is located at 601 Webster Ave. in downtown Waco.

Can we tour any of the featured homes?
The remodeled homes are private residences and are not open for tours. The best way to see some of the houses featured on “Fixer Upper” as well as other Magnolia-related and historical sites is to take a guided tour. Brazos Tours and Waco Tours both offer tours that include several Magnolia sites. Because we respect the privacy of the homeowners, we do not provide addresses to private residences.

No, the Gaineses’ farm is their home and is private property and not available for public viewing.
