Women in their Elements

To celebrate the begining of a new year, The Art Center of Waco‘s newest exhibit features the works of Karen Cruce, Kay Reinke, and Kimberly Merck-Moore. The exhibit includes sculpture, paintings, and pottery created in response to the beauty the artists find in theirwomenintheirelementsnames respective environments. All artwork is for sale!

About The Art Center of Waco

The Art Center of Waco makes its home on 2-½ acres of the rolling hills of McLennan Community College. Since its inception in 1972, The Art Center of Waco has been a training ground for many new artists, as well as a showcase for the works of more established artists.

In addition to major exhibitions in the Cameron Gallery and smaller showings in the McLennan Gallery, The Art Center of Waco offers weekend classes, workshops and demonstrations. The Gift Gallery shop offers an array of unique gift items, many handmade by the local artists.

The Sculpture Walk, which has over 35 works of art and takes advantage of a magnificent view of the Brazos and Bosque River valley. The path is open at any hour, day or night.
